1/4 Cup Peanut Oil or Oil of Choice
2 Tsp toasted sesame oil
8 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 pound broccoli florets. blanched
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Heat both oils in a large skillet. Add the garlic and saute’ for 1 – 2 minutes or until light golden. add the broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes, until it is tender but still a little crunchy. add the Soy Sauce and continue to cook for 1 minute. Toss to coat the broccoli. stir in the red pepper flakes and serve.
That sounds amazing, though to be fair I was sold at peanut oil
