Field Greens with Pomegranate Seeds and Maple Vinaigrette and Grilled Chicken

Pom salad with grilled chicken

7 ounces mixed field greens
4 ounces pomegranate seeds
4 ounces pecan halves or pieces, roasted you can also maple glaze them with Maple Syrup from Choczero
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup avocado oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon dry mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon  maple syrup I like to use Choczero Maple Pecan Syrup
1 teaspoon dried parsley                                                                                                                       Juice of 1/2 a Lemon                                                                                                                                4 – 5 servings Grilled Chicken cut into strips or diced

Options – Goat Cheese or Feta


In a large serving bowl place the greens followed by the pomegranate seeds and then top with the roasted pecans and Grilled Chicken
Make the maple vinaigrette by combining the remaining ingredients in a cruet and shaking to combine well.
Once ready to serve, drizzle the desired amount of dressing over the greens and toss to mix ingredients.
