Egg Custard – Low Carb

4  Eggs

1/2 Cup Sweetener of Choice

1/4 tsp Salt

3 Cups Milk

2 tsp Vanilla

1 tsp Cinnamon (Optional) and/r whipping cream.

 

  1. In large mixing bowl beat eggs until light and fluffy and foamy.  Add Sweetener, salt, milk and vanilla and beat until well mixed.
  2. Pour into greased Ramekins for individual or a casserole dish and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.  place into a pan of warm water n middle rack o oven.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. Serve with Whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
