Garlic Aioli

all I can say is OMG.  I love this stuff on Chicken, Steak, Bread, Pizza  and so easy to make

this is all approximately  due to how much you want to make.

 

4 to 6 cloves of Garlic

1/2 tsp  Freshly Ground Pepper or to  taste

1 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise

Olive Oil – Enough for the consistency that you want.

 

Put garlic in food processor or blender or even a Magic bullet.  Process until finely chopped up.  ass in the ground pepper and the Mayo and blend  start adding in the olive oil until you get the consistency that you want.  be it that it is thicker and more spreadable or a bit thinner for dipping meats in.

 

so delish.  I normally don’t keep it more then a couple of days so I make small; batches to eliminate waste.

 

this amount could serve 3 to 4 people
