Peach Ice Cream (2 ingredients)


This can be done with any Frozen fruit or switch up the Coconut milk for almond Milk or Macadamia Milk


2 cups Frozen Peach Slices ( or Fruit of choice )

1/4 Cup of Coconut milk + 1 Tbsp or use Milk of choice

Save some fruit and dice up to garish on top

  1. Place the frozen peaches/or fruit of choice in a food processor or I use a blender ( I use my Vita-mix) and process until peaches have started to break down, 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Add the coconut milk or milk of choice and process until a creamy and smooth “soft-serve” texture forms.
  3.  serve immediately for Soft serve consistency or freeze and scoop.
  4. Garnish with diced Fruit and mint or basil if desired.

    I love making homemade ice cream in the summertime. I think peach is by far one of my favorites. My other favorite is banana since it was a family tradition to make and eat when I was a little kid.
