• 1/2 red onion sliced thin
  • 2 zucchinis cut into noodles spiraled
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives halved
  • 1 cup artichoke marinated
  • 1 cup feta cheese 


  • 2 Tablespoons white or Red balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 1/2 t oregano Fresh or Dried ( Chopped Fine)
  • 1/2 t crushed garlic
  1. Prep your zucchini to make noodles.
  2. Whisk together your dressing and toss with the zucchini.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients except for the feta cheese and Toss.
  4. Top with the feta cheese and enjoy!
