I just received a sample jar of the Salted Caramel Walnut Butter from #Walnut Farms and even though I can not eat it. I used in recipes for others.

First off I love the packaging. the walnut looks so happy; it makes you want to try it. I tried it in crepes with some chocolate drizzle and also in the most simplistic forms of a Walnut Butter and Jam Low Carb tortilla roll up and I was advised; WOW…. I think this is better then Almond or Peanut Butter.

I will say the texture is slightly different but that has to do with the oil content in the walnut, but it spreads nicely and melts nice too.
