Coleslaw – Low Carb, Gluten Free


  • 4 cups cabbage , finely shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia drops or 1 1/2 tablespoons Sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon ground celery seed
  • Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Mix cider vinegar with stevia/or Sweetener of choice.
  2. you can do this by hand or place in blender or food processor: Blend in mayonnaise, celery seed. Salt, and pepper  until a smooth dressing forms.
  3. Pour dressing over shredded cabbage. Toss to coat cabbage with dressing.
