4 Eggs. Beaten
1 2/3 Cups Sweetener of choice- I prefer Swerve
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Cups Almond Flour
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 Cup Water
Frosting of Choice – I am partial to a whipped Cream Frosting with Cocoa and Sweetener and then dusted with some Cocoa Powder
- Combine eggs. Sweetener and Vanilla and beat until fluffy. Blend in Mayonnaise and Beat Well.
- Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed ingredients, alternating with water. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch layer pans.
- bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and frost with frosting of choice
